Cookware

For cookware, I'd suggest Ikea, Rona, Home Depot or Canadian Tire. They also sell cookware at Costco (our version of Sam’s Club, I believe) and Walmart.

Grocery

• Metro
• Loblaws
• Provigo
• IGA
• P.A. - amazing prices if you have one in your area
• Akhavan - an Eastern grocery store where inflation seems to be forgotten and you can get those things you couldn't find elsewhere
• There’s also Walmart and Costco, but they are 🇺🇸 American-owned

Online shopping and delivery

IGA (🇨🇦 Canadian-owned) and Metro have grocery order & delivery service.

For prepared meals - M&M meats (🇨🇦 Canadian-owned), Sauveurs Santé (Québec-owned), Sublime Creations, FreshMTL, HulkMeal (Québec-owned), WeCook, Factor Meals, and Goodfood (Québec-owned). I don’t know which ones will operate in your area, but you have quite the choice!
